Today was a good but a long and hard day on the bike.  Over 60 miles and close to 4,000 ft of elevation to climb.  There were 3 large climbs, the grades were not all that steep, but they were each several miles long with small climbs in-between.  It was also cold and overcast all day with a lot of head wind to fight.  It was my turn to cook so we didn’t stop much for photos.

 

A lot of the ridding was on 101 but we took some side roads several time to get away from the traffic and noise.  The back roads were nice to ride on, but the climbs were on the side roads also.
